3568762 - "An error occurred while retrieving the data locks for the visible cells" in story view mode in SAP Analytics Cloud

• An error message "An error occurred while retrieving the data locks for the visible cells" is displayed when opening a story in view mode.
• The issue does not occur in edit mode.
• The issue persists even when using an Admin user account.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.21.14.

1. Open the relevant story.
2. Note that the error does not appear in edit mode.
3. Switch to view mode and observe the error message "An error occurred while retrieving the data locks for the visible cells".
4. In the console, an error message is displayed: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'forEach') - {} DataRegionLocksProvider.
5. If data locks are displayed in the table, the status is Unknown for Open cells.

The development team has identified the root cause and will include the fix in next patch release.

The fix will be applied at the beginning of week (2025/02/10~2025/02/14).
