3568815 - Journal entries not displayed in the App 'Display Settlement Documents'

Symptom

Journal entries not displayed after settlement in the app 'Display Settlement Documents'.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

The issue is noted and the correction is planned to be delivered with Hotfix Collection 5*.

The implementation is planned to take place in the next maintenance window on 02.03.2025*.

This is not regression issue. Issue is related to filtering technical ledger journal entries in the Fiori application. If the ledger is configured with technical ledger no journal entries were/are displayed. After the hotfix journal entries will be visible as expected.
