3568872 - Overdue date differences in programs

The number of overdue days for a program is different when comparing between the New Learning Experiences (ILX) and Legacy Learning UI.

   1. When using the New Learning Experience (ILX), in Required Learning section, the date displayed as overdue is the program's overdue date.
   2. If the user uses the Legacy Learning page, the date displayed is the due date of the next section.

In New Learning Experience (ILX), the due date displayed on the card is for the entire program. However, in the Legacy Learning, the due date shown is the due date for the next section of the program. This is the cause of the mismatch of data.
