Symptom

  • When attempting to export Stalled Workflows - Employee Related from Admin Alerts, users receive the following error:"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getProperty')"
  • Additionally, the "Import Time Sheets" function is no longer available for the entire team.
  • This issue prevents users from exporting stalled workflows and time sheet data, impacting regular reporting activities.
