3569036 - When Using The Advanced Search In The Tickets List View, The Fields "E-mail Channel ID" And "E-mail Channel Name" Do Not Provide a Value Help Option

Symptom

When using the Advanced Search within the Tickets list view, the fields "E-mail Channel ID" and "E-mail Channel Name" are currently presented as text fields and do not display a value help button.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service WC
  2. Go to Tickets
  3. Within the Tickets list, click on Advance Search
  4. Filter it by E-mail Channel ID or E-mail Channel Name
  5. Observe that there is no value help in these fields

Resolution

This is the standard system behavior. The fields "E-mail Channel ID" and "E-mail Channel Name" do not have a value help option.
