Symptom
When using the Advanced Search within the Tickets list view, the fields "E-mail Channel ID" and "E-mail Channel Name" are currently presented as text fields and do not display a value help button.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service WC
- Go to Tickets
- Within the Tickets list, click on Advance Search
- Filter it by E-mail Channel ID or E-mail Channel Name
- Observe that there is no value help in these fields
Resolution
This is the standard system behavior. The fields "E-mail Channel ID" and "E-mail Channel Name" do not have a value help option.

An alternative option may be to check the corresponding SAP Customer Influence Site to submit an idea:
