3569038 - Enhancements to the SAPEVT Program delivered in SAP Note 2000417 for SAP_BASIS 740 and Above

• A user wants to use the program SAPEVT (from kernel release >= 7.40) to trigger a batch event in a system with a kernel release < 7.40. Or: A user wants to use the program SAPEVT (from kernel release < 7.40) to trigger a batch event in a system with a kernel release >= 7.40. However, this does not work.

• Secure message server communication (parameter system/communication) is active. The program SAPEVT no longer functions.
