3569077 - DM - No rules are executed for XBRL validation

Symptom

Running a validation for XBRL (e.g. EIOPA on entry point http://eiopa.europa.eu/eu/xbrl/s2md/fws/solvency/solvency2/2024-10-15/mod/qes.xsd ), there are no rules executed

In the Task Engine log, there is the following error
