3569091 - Unable to create Landscape Analysis Report with Windows AD user in BI Platform Support Tool (BIPST)

Symptom

  • In BI Platform Support Tool (BIPST) creating a Landscape Analysis Report is not working only with Windows AD authentication  
  • Error : Authentication type selected was Windows AD; however the necessary Java options have not been found. Please complete required configuration or retry selecting Enterprise authentication
  • Other authentication types works fine
