3569126 - Impact of Log level setting on JMS retries

Symptom

JMS retry condition at router level is set to 'retry not greater than 3 times' and 'retry within 1 min interval' in case of failures or issues.

  1. If there are 'NO' issues at CPI or receiver system, messages are completed on the 1st JMS retry. Hence 2nd JMS retry not required.
  2. If there are any issues with CPI or a receiver system i.e in case of failures, at 1st JMS retry message is seen in error state, but not the 2nd retry. Since there are issues, as per the condition and JMS configuration, its expected to retry again.
