3569164 - Can't find the Display Operating G/L Accounts app after CE2502 release - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Unable to access the "Display Operating G/L Accounts" tile despite having the role SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT and business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_FACT_GLACC_PC assigned.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition CE2502 and above

The "Display Operating G/L Accounts" app is an authorization variant of the "Manage Operating G/L Accounts" app. It is not designed to have a separate tile for the app. The main usage is when a G/L account is searched for in the search bar in the Fiori Launchpad, it is possible to click into the G/L account and see the details with "Display Operating G/L Accounts" app.

1. Understand that the "Display Operating G/L Accounts" app is not designed to have a separate tile in the Fiori Launchpad.
2. Use the search bar in the Fiori Launchpad to search for a G/L account.
3. Click on the G/L account to view the details using the "Display Operating G/L Accounts" app.
