3569252 - Issue with "Replace" Feature in "Post Group Journal Entries" App in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The "Replace" feature in the "Post Group Journal Entries" app is not functioning as expected.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Post a manual group journal using the "Post Group Journal Entries" app.
  2. Attempt to "Replace" that journal.
  3. The button "Replace" is grayed out

Cause

The Replace button feature is blocked because of unknown reason

Resolution

This correction is planned to be delivered with Hotfix Collection 2502 HFC06.
The implementation is planned to take place in the next maintenance window at the 13.3.2025.

After this hotfix, feature toggle FINCS_PGJE_REPLACE should be enabled in SSCUI Activate Features. 

The new functionality (=Replace button) is not available if the toggle is inactive .
