Symptom

  • In the Subcontracting Cockpit app, no suggestions are provided for creating an outbound delivery for a subcontracting purchase order.
  • The issue is specific to the Subcontracting Cockpit app, as the functionality works as expected in the ME2ON app.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Subcontracting Cockpit app.
  2. Set filters like Shipping Date, Plant, etc.
  3. Attempt to create an outbound delivery for a subcontracting purchase order.
  4. Observe that no suggestions are provided for the outbound delivery.

Cause

The issue arises due to the mandatory parameters 'Shipping Date From' and 'Shipping Date To' not being correctly set.

Resolution

Adjust the 'Shipping Date' filter values with date range. For instance, set the value as '01/01/2024 - 01/01/2025'. Do not leave 'Shipping Date To' as empty.
