3569282 - Loading is not finished for outbound delivery order - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2502

Post Goods Issue is unable to be completed with the following error:
 
"Loading is not finished for outbound delivery order"
"Error when setting status loaded in EWM Warehouse request"
"The status of the relevant freight order doesn't allow loading"
"Action has not been processes successfully because of failed validations"
"Warehouse processing status must be "Completed"."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2502

1. Create Sales Order
2. FU’s is created from the Sales Order
3. Create delivery from the Sales Order
4. Distribute the delivery to the warehouse
5. Warehouse activities (picking/packing)
6. Set Ready for Shipping
7. Post Goods Issue from the warehouse

Loading is mandatory for scope item 3BS with Transportation Management.
Starting with CE2502, the system must verify the loading status prior to posting goods issue in EWM.

The upcoming HFC release on February 17, 2025, is planned to revert the mandatory loading requirement. Please note that SAP may change the plan without any notice.

As a temporary workaround, consider executing the loading process referring to scope item 3BS on pages 38-39.
