3569294 - Error Message "Packing not possible since there is no quantity to be packed" at Stuck Queue - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

There are stuck queues for outbound delivery with below error message:

Message ID HUGENERAL 075

Message Text Packing not possible since there is no quantity to be packed

Or 

Message ID HUDIALOG 400

Message Text Qty (&1) of material &2 to be packed is greater than the open qty &3

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to APP Warehouse Monitor (APP ID /SCWM/MON), enter Warehouse number.
2. Go to Node Tools -> Message Queue, Display all the stuck queues for outbound delivery.
3. There is a stuck queue with error message "Packing not possible since there is no quantity to be packed".

"calculation type" is not maintained properly in customizing.

Set the "Calculation Type" as "Use smallest Unit of measure" at configuration activity 105741 - "Specify Unit of Measure for Packing Consistency Check" then reprocess the stuck queues.

It suggested to set the "Calculation Type" to "Use smallest Unit of measure" as default and the calculation type as "Use base unit of measure" as alternative solution if there are issues with the queue.
