3569396 - Role-Mapped Competencies Import Error: The entity JDMNG_GO_RoleEntity has a corrupted mapping JDMNG_GO_RoleCompetencyMappingEntity with externalCode

When trying to import a Role-Mapped Competencies file, the import fails with an error:

The entity JDMNG_GO_RoleEntity has a corrupted mapping JDMNG_GO_RoleCompetencyMappingEntity with externalCode

• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder
• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Job Profile Content Import/Export 
3. In the Type dropdown, select Role-Mapped Competencies
4. Browse for the file > Import
5. Receive error

Sync issue where the Competencies/Attributes are not synced to the format required for Talent Intelligence Hub. 

Please remove any unsupported characters namely: '&' included in the name or description in all the languages and save the affected competency. 

When saving, make a quick edit without altering the data, in all the languages that the Attribute is maintained.
