3569423 - Career Explorer Recommended Roles Includes Inactive Job Codes

Symptom

When viewing Recommended Roles in Career Explorer user will see a warning yellow sign "There's no job role linked to this recommended job code \{0\}, so you can't view job profile or add it as a target role."

Reproducing the Issue

  • Navigate to Career Explorer >  Expand recommended roles
  • Expand recommended roles > Review recommendation for Roles 
  • You will see a yellow warning icon > Hover the mouse > You will see a warning message "There's no job role linked to this recommended job code \{0\}, so you can't view job profile or add it as a target role." 

Cause

Expected Behavior

Resolution

User will need to click on the user need to click on "Not Interested" so that it will be removed on the recommended Roles.
