3569430 - Freight Costs not considered for tax calculation

• The tax condition type TTX1 does not take freight costs into account in the calculation schema when creating a Purchase Order (PO) in the Sourcing and Procurement function.
• The condition type TTX1 only refers to the net value excluding freight costs, which is not the desired behavior.

1. Create a Purchase Order (PO) 
2. Observe that the tax condition type TTX1 does not include freight costs in the calculation schema.

The SAP system only considers the net value for tax calculation in general.

The net value includes the values of conditions that are non-statistical. An accrual-related condition type becomes statistical even if it is not marked as statistical in the pricing schema being used.

1. Identify the condition type that should be added to the net value for tax calculation.
2. Ensure that the identified condition type is not accrual and not statistical.
