3569437 - Comments field not enabled and editable for few users in Latest Goal Management

Symptom

After upgrading to Latest Goal Management, some users are not able to edit the comments field. When comments field is expanded, a blank white row is displayed. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Goals module
  2. Click on goal in converted goal plan template 
  3. Expand the comment field 
  4. Blank white row is displayed 

Cause

User Search Permission has not been granted to self. 

Resolution

Provide "User Search" permission for the impacted user(s) via Manage Permission Roles Tool. 

Once permission is provided, the comment box will be working well as per defined in goal plan xml permission configurations.
