Symptom
You would like to enable the below feature, which was part of the 2502 release, but the feature is not available in your system to be activated.

- Bcc channel information is now stored for incoming emails. BCC email will be stored in BCC party node and showed in the Ticket Timeline.
Current Setup:
- Scenario 1: If you have any BCC configuration in C4C, BCC details will not be shown in the ticket.
- Scenario 2: If you have configured BCC in your email server, BCC details will be shown in the ticket.
Note:- As per the current setup, the channel address specified in the Mime header will always be displayed in the Interactions BCC details, irrespective of the actual recipient email address sent from Outlook for BCC.
