3569613 - "Auto Quote Expiration" is running in logs but not shown on quote

Expiration job for some quotes is not expiring when expected.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Setup Auto Quote Expiration
2. Start Status "New", End status "Expired"
3. Run Expiration Job
4. Enter any quote that is expected to be expired
5. See quote status doesn't update and stays on "New".

Expiration job is executed tenant by tenant, sequentially. So depending on how many jobs are running it could take longer than expected as the midnight job stops running at a certain time.

Contact "Support team" providing logs and example quote. Support will then engage development team. 

A workaround is to manually change the quote status to desired status. Or to wait until job eventually runs.
