3569635 - Error When Saving User Mapping in Work Tech Configuration Due to Insufficient Permissions

• An error message appears when trying to save the User Mapping configuration in Work Tech Configuration within SAP SuccessFactors.
• The error message states: "Unable to map users due to insufficient permissions. Please refer to and grant all the required role-based permissions."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Work Tech Configuration > SAP.
2. Click on the User Mapping tab.
3. Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
4. The system displays the error: "Unable to map users due to insufficient permissions. Please refer to and grant all the required role-based permissions."

There are permissions needed on the Microsoft side for the connection to be successful.
