An error message "Unable to retrieve the data at this time. Please try again soon." is displayed when attempting to create a Data Capture Form.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Attempt to create a new Data Capture Form through Career Site Builder > Tools > Data Capture Form
2. The error message "Unable to retrieve the data at this time. Please try again soon." is displayed.

The issue may be related to the integration between Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).

1. Review the information from Career Site Builder > Settings > Site Configuration > Site Integrations tab.
2. Reapply the Security Key in Provisioning. If you are a customer, please ask your Implementation Partner to perform this step.

These steps will synchronize RCM data to RMK. After performing these steps, attempt to create the Data Capture Form again.
