Symptom

Project Type key in configuration activity "Create Project Types for WBS Elements" (ID: 102398) cannot be deleted.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The deletion of Project Type is currently not supported in the configuration activity "Create Project Types for WBS Elements" (ID: 102398). 

Resolution

  • Option 1: Submit a feature request via the Customer Influence Portal.
  • Option 2: If there are roles like Product Expert (PE) or Customer Success Manager (CSM), reach out to them for additional information and next applicable steps.
