3569774 - Name of attachments is dispalyed as "H_" of PO approval work item in My Inbox app - SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

When check the attachments tab of PO work item, the name of attachments is displayed with "H_" instead of the real name while the name of attachments can be displayed correctly in GUI transaction.
