3569867 - Error: Code List Mapping For Value XXX Of Data Type ExternalSalesPricingProcedureCode Missing

While requesting for external pricing the Pricing procedure code in service interface "CustomerOrderReplicationIn” gives error in C4C "Code List Mapping For Value XXX Of Data Type ExternalSalesPricingProcedureCode Missing"

SAP Cloud for customer 

1. Go to the Sales work center.

2. Go to the Sales Quotes work center view.

3. Open a sales quote

4. Request External Pricing

Error: "Code list mapping for value XXX of data type ExternalSalesPricingProcedureCode missing"

These two configurations cause the given error -

1. Code list mapping for pricing procedure code  - ExternalSalesPricingProcedureCode should be maintained correctly for data type XXX .

2. Under the External pricing - External Pricing Procedure should be maintained for the data type XXX.

If all the configurations are already maintain in Business Configuration, then perform the changes mentioned below:

1. Go to Business configuration -> Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions  -> Under maintain code list mapping -> ExternalSalesPricingProcedureCode -> Code List Mapping Rule -> change it to " Map Individual codes" for the respective code.
2. Delete the code list mapping for - ExternalSalesPricingProcedureCode for XXX and freshly creates and activate it again.
