3569903 - Inability to View Data Point Comments added before the Data Access Control is enabled in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Before the DAC (Data Access Control) was enabled for an SAC model, the user added some data point comments. Later, the DAC was enabled for some dimensions of this SAC model. 
• Although the user has the read access to all members of the DAC enabled dimension, the previous comments added before the DAC was enabled are not visible to this user.
• The previous added comments are visible to Admin users.
• If the DAC is disabled for this model again, the previous added comments become visible to the user again.
