3569904 - Email Summary Audit Report has no traces of data for the Scheduled Reports

Users are receiving the Email Notifications for the Scheduled Reports Jobs in SAP SuccessFactors Learning but no traces of the data are found in the Email Summary Audit Report (CSV)

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to Learning Administration and Go to Reports
2. Schedule a report with the option "Run immediately".
3. Observe that the job completes successfully email notification is also triggered to Users.
4. But there are No traces of the data found in the Email Summary Audit Report (CSV)

This is the current system design.

• The Email Summary Audit Report will not show the traces of the Report Jobs.
