Error while opening Sales Quote:
Http failure response for https://myXXXXXX.de1.crm.cloud.sap/sap/c4c/api/v1/approval-service/process?$filter=active%20eq%20true%20and%20objectReference.serviceName%20eq%20%22sap.crm.service.salesQuoteService%22&$top=1: 401 OK

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Navigation Menu
2. Go to Sales Quotes
3. Open any Sales Quote
4. Error: Http failure response for https://myXXXXXX.de1.crm.cloud.sap/sap/c4c/api/v1/approval-service/process?$filter=active%20eq%20true%20and%20objectReference.serviceName%20eq%20%22sap.crm.service.salesQuoteService%22&$top=1: 401 OK

Cause

Admin App is not enabled for Business Service - sap.crm.service.approvalService for the Business Role of the affected User.

Resolution

1. Go to User Menu
2. Click on Settings
3. Go to All Settings Facet
4. Go to Users and Control
5. Go to Roles
6. Open the Role of the affected User
7. Enable Admin button on the top right of the screen
8. Go to App List section
9. Search for sap.crm.service.approvalService
10. Enable the App for Admin = Yes
