3570097 - Message monitoring , Download to excel option not working in ESM prod

Symptom

You want to download or export a selection of outbound messages from Message Monitoring but the outcome does not include the messages selected for download.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Message Monitoring
  3. Go to Outbound message view
  4. Select a random of messages (the count will be displayed in the Selected field)
  5. Click on Export

Cause

Export does not work based on selection. It works only based on filter that is selected in UI.

Resolution

The criteria for message selection are not yet supported for export in the outbound view. You should use one of the embedded Filters if you desire to export some specific message(s).
