3570108 - Substance Volume Tracking Selection Criteria Filter not working

Symptom

A Filter Criteria is created under the IMG activity Specify Selection Criteria for Volume Tracking, for example, to exclude a Material Type.

The filter does not work and the substances assigned to Materials with the Material Types which should be excluded still being tracked.
