3570126 - Exported form template file does not contain the xml

When form template is downloaded from Form Template Settings tool, the exported zip file does not contain the xml, only the form template info.txt file is available. 

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Form Template Settings tool
2. Choose the template 
3. Click on Download Form Template button 
4. Open the downloaded .zip file
5. The xml is not available

Unsupported special characters (e.g | >) are added in the form title. 

Remove the unsupported special character from the form title via Manage Templates tool. Once unsupported character is removed and form template is saved, the downloaded zip file will contain the xml. 

NOTE: Not all special characters will cause this issue.
