Visits "Created By" field is blank when Visit is generated automatically from Routes.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Visits work center > Routes view
2. Create a new Route or use an existing one.
3. Select Actions to generate Visits.
4. Check that the Visits created from this action has no value for "Created By" field.

• Visits created automatically are generated by a background job executed by a Technical User rather than a Business User.
• This is expected system behavior, resulting in a blank "Created By" field.
