3570227 - Error “Segment Number 1: MR Result Does Not Meet Customizing Requirements” When Changing the Move-Out Date

You attempt to change the move-out date to the past with respect to the current move-out date, however on the C4C you are facing the error "Segment number 1: MR result does not meet Customizing requirements".

1. Go to the Utilities work center.
2. Go to the Premises work view.
3. Search and open the Premise ID 123456 (where 123456 means a generic Premise ID).
4. Select the Customer under "Customer Overview".
5. Click on "Change Move-Out".
6. Change the "Move-Out" to a date in the past.
7. Hit "Save".

Error: Segment number 1: MR result does not meet Customizing requirements.

There are missing SAP Notes which needs to be implemented and some settings in ISU.

Firstly, please implement SAP Note:

2612225 - Upload error message without assignment to segment
2877935 - Redundant database access when uploading meter readings

Also, you need to customize the S/4HANA ISU for the changes of the meter reading results as move out data was changed following the steps below:

1. Go to the SPRO - SAP Utilities.
2. Go to the Device management.
3. Select Meter Reading.
4. Open Meter Reading result, select Change.
5. Define Change process for reading data.
6. There you need to maintain an entry with reading type and reading status requested from C4C.
