Symptom

  • Disputes are being created with zero amounts in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
  • These disputes cannot be found in the dispute worklist but can be checked directly at the database level or in the "Edit dispute" tab available in Fiori.
  • These disputes have references of Freight order/booking but are not visible in the Document Flow tab of FO/FB.
