3570330 - Multipart message content type configured for Support Attachments is changed after SP upgrade

In Process Orchestration (PO) system > Rest receiver channel > Data Format, Support Attachments is selected and "Multipart message content type" is configured, for example,  "multipart/form-data" as below:

However after SP upgrade (e.g. 7.50 SP29, SP30, SP31...), it is observed that the request is sent with a different Content-Type, for example, multipart/related instead of multipart/form-data. Due to this change, 400 bad request error occurs, Server returned code: 400.
