3570334 - Unable to View Job Information of Future Date Hires - Onboarding

The manager cannot see the Job Information Portlet of Future Date Hires.

1. Log into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Search a Future Date Hire Profile.
3. Navigate to the Job Information Portlet.
4. Attempt to view the job information of a Future Date Hire, there is no data.

Missing view permissions for Job Information Portlet.

1. Go to manage permission role page;
2. Select the related permission role;
3. Edit the permission role, grant below permissions and save:

Employee Data > Access to Future-Dated Data >  Job Information.

Please also make sure the target population include the external users.

Employee Profile, Job Information, Future Hires, Employment Information, Job information portlet, inactive employee profile, future dated hire , KBA , LOD-SF-OBX-EC , Integration EC - MPH, Hire , Problem
