• Object fields are not showing values when different locales are used in SuccessFactors and browser.
• Unable to select values for object fields randomly on different browsers.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create an offer approval.
2. Notice that the object field does not show any values for selection.

This is a Known Issue.

The effective start date was retrieved based on browser locale. This will cause a wrong start date for object fields when the browser locale has a different date format than the SuccessFactors locale.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2025 release (b2505).

Workaround

Adjust the browser language setting to match the language of SuccessFactors. For example, if the language in SuccessFactors is English US, then change the browser language to English US.
