3570370 - After successfully running java programs, the .txt files generated by clicking "Instance Time" are blank in CMC

Symptom

  • After successfully running java programs in CMC, .txt files will be generated when clicking "Instance Time", however the .txt files are blank.
  • Same issue cannot be reproduced by running java programs as Linux "root" user.
