3570418 - No recordings for processed external time data after time event is paired

External time data for time event pairs not visible in timesheet UI

1. Amend an existing approved timesheet
2. Create a time event pair that subsequently creates a time sheet entry through external time data
3. Before the amended timesheet is submitted, discard the amended timesheet.
4. Even though the external time data is processed, it no longer shows in the time sheet UI

Gap in functionality

This is a known gap. It is tracked via TIM-49246 - External Time Data on Amendments will be Removed on Discard.

To resolve this, the customer must reprocess the external time data by setting it to "to be processed" again.

1. Manage Clock in Clock Out
2. Filter for time event pair that is not displayed in the UI and copy the pairing ID
3. Go to Manage Data > External Time Data and open this ID
4. Change this object status to 'New' and save
5. This will now reprocess the external time data, populating it in the timesheet

We are actively working on resolving this functionality gap with a future update
