3570510 - Initial Data Transfer from AR to Collections Management in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, there is a need to transfer existing customer line items (Initial data transfer) from AR to Collections Management so that the items are visible in collection worklists.
• In SAP ECC, a program (FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS) was used to perform this task, however, it is unclear how to perform the same task in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• There is a need to confirm if a job needs to be scheduled for this task and if so, the name of the job.

1. In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, attempt to transfer existing customer line items from AR to Collections Management.
2. Search for a relevant job in collection management jobs but unable to find any.

Sending of FI-AR-Relevant Data to Collections Management is done automatically by a background job running daily in update mode and weekly run in rebuild mode.
