3570542 - [Time & Material Journal] Customizing Access with READ OWN Conditions

The current permission configuration in the Time & Material Journal does not allow for restricted access to TimeEfforts, Expenses, Mileages, and Materials. Users can be granted either OWN permissions, which limit visibility to only the user's own entries, or ALL permissions, which provide visibility to all entries within the system.

This configuration fails to satisfy certain use cases. For instance, there are scenarios where users need to access all TimeEfforts associated with specific Activities and Service Calls where they are designated as the responsible person. The absence of a more granular permission setting limits functionality and does not accommodate these specific requirements.
