3570632 - LDAP Authentication Issue via Cloud Connector

Symptom

Users are encountering issues when attempting to login via LDAP authentication in the Cloud connector.

The SCC logs (refer to KBA ##2452568) show an error similar to "Authentication to LDAP failed" as illustrated below:
