3570646 - Why is two different BP are used in the Manage Workforce Application?

• Multiple Business Partners are associated with a single Worker in Manage Workforce Application.
• The Employee and Employment BP are assigned to a single Worker.

Open Manage Workforce.

Open the Worker 

The New BP Model will create to two different Business Partner as per the Standard behaviour 

The BP model used is the New BP Model. Employee BP contains private address of current main work assignment.

The BP which is assigned to the Worker is the Employee BP and the BP assigned to the Work Assignment of that particular Worker is the Employment BP. Employment BP contains private address related to the corresponding work assignment.
