You would like to know the behaviours of Attendees determination in a Visit created from a Lead, Opportunity, Contact and Account.

Scenario 1 - Attendees Determination in a Visit from an Opportunity and Lead

• Depending on the scoping question "Would you like to disable automatic determinations of attendees/participants for activities created from accounts, leads and opportunities?" in the Business Configuration work center -> the Implementation Projects work center view -> 4 Questions -> Sales -> Account and Activity Management -> Activity Management, the behaviours of Attendees determination change.

1. When the scoping Questions is selected: Attendees determination does NOT happen.
2. When the scoping Question is deselected: Attendees determination happens. A main Contact of Lead/Opportunity is determined as an Attendee.

Scenario 2 - Attendees Determination in a Visit from a Contact

• Regardless the above scoping question, Attendees determination always happens. A Contact that you are creating a Visit from is determined as an Attendee.

Scenario 3 - Attendees Determination in a Visit from an Account

• Regardless the above scoping question, Attendees determination does NOT happen.

Note: In the scoping question, you see "Would you like to disable automatic determinations..... created from accounts.....", however this scoping question does NOT apply to the Accounts scenario.
