3570805 - On C4C Mobile App, for Ticket Timeline Tab Buttons Are Not Available

Symptom

When you access Cloud for Customer Mobile App, you go to Timeline tab inside Tickets and the buttons for "Internal Memo" , "Email" , "SMS" , "Phone" are missing when comparing with Desktop or iPad.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Cloud for Customer Mobile App.
  2. Open any Ticket.
  3. Go to Timeline tab.
  4. See that several buttons are missing, when compared to desktop - "Internal Memo" , "Email" , "SMS" , "Phone".

Resolution

This is the current system behavior.
Those options are only available in Desktop and iPad versions.
