Symptom
When you access Cloud for Customer Mobile App, you go to Timeline tab inside Tickets and the buttons for "Internal Memo" , "Email" , "SMS" , "Phone" are missing when comparing with Desktop or iPad.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access the Cloud for Customer Mobile App.
- Open any Ticket.
- Go to Timeline tab.
- See that several buttons are missing, when compared to desktop - "Internal Memo" , "Email" , "SMS" , "Phone".
Resolution
This is the current system behavior.
Those options are only available in Desktop and iPad versions.
