3570848 - Customizations corresponding to Global Contracts are not working

Value in custom field on the contract are null when Global Contracts are used.

Customizations corresponding to Global Contracts are not working. Symptoms can be one of the following (There might be other errors):

1. Adding custom fields to a contract chooser on requisition line item causes a system error, because the metadata wasn't loaded for the other realms outside the current community.
2. When child sites are in different communities, any data added to a custom field for a global-access contract will only have values populated in the child site where the contract was created.
3. Customizations on invoices or requisitions referencing contracts are not working.
