3571051 - Deleted user is still in Created By field in Display Line Items in General Ledger app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

A cb user has been deleted in Maintain Deleted Users app. But in Display Line Items in General Ledger app, deleted user is still displayed in Created By field for some journal entries.

The parameter CreatedByUser can be used to provide the user of an external system for documentation purposes, and this doesn't have to exist in the local system.

SAP can't add validation in the standard as that would be an incompatible change potentially breaking existing API calls with non-existing users.

If a validation of user is required, implementing a validation rule can be considered to check whether AccountingDocCreatedByUser exists.
