3571155 - Incorrect AMCG/AMICG Update during Meter Replacement in SAP Utilities Device Management

Symptom

  • An incorrect AMCG/AMICG is being updated during the meter replacement process in EG30.
  • This indicates a remote disconnect capability when the meters are for instance 320 amp and do not have a remote disconnect switch.
  • The new meter inherits these incorrect values from the previous meter following a meter exchange.
