3571165 - Delete data from Group Reporting.

There is a need to permanently delete the data related to Group Reporting. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

Deleting data related to Group Reporting is only possible by SAP Support. 

Note: Not all data can be deleted from system. For example, if you want to delete only Unit A, but Unit A have Partner unit B exist in system. We cannot delete such document unless we delete A B together.

Deletion is not first option and you can try to reverse them first. 

If you want to delete data, please follow below process: 

1. Open a ticket with FiN-CS-COR-MON-2CL. 
2. Provide the exact parameters of the data that is to be deleted.
3. Provide written permission acknowledge that this data once deleted is not able to be restored. 

SAP will review your scenario and decide next steps.
