3571235 - Working With Shared Mailbox In Server Side Integration Shows Inconsistencies

Symptom

After clicking on 'Save item' in the SAP Cloud for Customer add-in and sending an email from the shared mailbox the email will only appear in C4C system after going to the send folder of the shared mailbox and opening the SAP Cloud for Customer add-in again.

Resolution

The usage of shared mailboxes in the SCC integration scenario is not officially supported. Here's some info for reference.
